Consultancy or Interim Management
With our consultancy services we primarily focus on supporting members of the C-suite and executives in the decision making proces. Once the decision is made to go ahead with the transfer we will provide you with status updates and monitor progress together untill the transfer is completed.
When you want us to take part in the operational processes of the transfer we will take on an operational- or project management role. From start to the end of the transfer we will safeguard clear communication to all stakeholders while working hand-in-hand with your people to make it happen.
Over the years we have built great relations with (globally active) specialist suppliers who can provide the necessary support in the realization phase. Of course we can also work with your current preferred suppliers.
