From business case to stable production
Moving Industries can become involved while options are still being assessed, supporting the business case, site selection, project scope and implementation strategy. Once a direction is chosen, the work shifts to coordinating engineering, suppliers, facilities, equipment transfer and the production ramp-down and ramp-up.
Decisions about site selection, capacity, equipment and timing in the US directly affect what can happen at the European facility. At the same time, the sending operation must manage production, employees, suppliers and customer commitments until the transfer is complete.
The objective is not simply to move assets. It is to establish an executable sequence, make risks and decisions visible, and protect customer supply while the new operation becomes ready to perform.
